With a built in users system you can force them to be logged in to download. Also if modded, can be used for whole site. You can set different amount of downloads per username. With 3 seperate ranks, the files can be made so they are only downloadable by that rank and up. Download limits per day You can limit how many each download gets per day. This can be set globally for all downloads, or by file. It can also be set for members. Useful tool to save bandwidth. Good if you want them to come back the next day to try to get it agian. Extremely powerful Antileech Antileech that only checks domain. So if they do something like this: http://www.domain.com/valid.domain/ it will not work. If HTTP_REFERER is blank, it will not allow download. Unlimited amount of domains. Antileech can be turned on or off. So far those are the only two settings. File not found checking If enabled Count it Good will check if the file it is trying to get to exists. If it doesn't exists or is unreachable for any reason, it displays a File not found error or in other words a 404 error. You can change the look of this within your skin. Forcing files to download Allows you to force a file to download, even if it is an image. It also hides the files location. Works with any file type. Can be done through link, so if you only want it to be forced with that link. It can also be set to it and no way to get out of it, so it allways forces it to download. Meaning your location of the real file is allways hidden. Forcing files to load Allows you to for a file to load. For example you can use its download url as an image location. Will not tell you how many times it has been loaded though. Also good for using embeded things such as sounds and clips, to hide their URLs and protection with antileech. Mirroring Support Have more then one place a user can download the file from? Count it Good supports unlimited mirrors. It can be called just by linking to the file, then they choose the mirror. It can also be inserted into the link. Works with descriptions enabled or disabled. Multiple Databasing Count it Good can be ran with the use of mySQL or flat file. So even if your server does not have mySQL you can still install and use our script. Allmost all features that mySQL has flat file can do also. So you are not missing out on allot of things just becuase you are using a different method of storing data. Pop-up Descriptions Count it good can display file size, description and other info when they are about to download. It can also be popped-up into a page of your liking.
